The Re-Cone Assembly consists of a pre-assembled cone, surround, and voice coil that will be bolted into the L7X motor and Basket Assembly, assuring perfect cone and voice-coil alignment.Because there is no glue utilized in the recone process, the cone can be replaced in minutes if failure occurs in the field.
